Rosemount™ 3818 Eight - Path Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter for LNG
Rosemount 3818 Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Dynamically measure LNG with greater accuracy and stability than static measurement methods with the fully-redundant, dual four-path Rosemount 3818 Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter.
The unique multi-plane, interlocked British Gas meter design ensures increased flow capacity and virtually no incremental pressure drop with factory-proven linearity within ±0.15% and a meter factor uncertainty of ±0.027% to ensure the highest measurement integrity. The meter is equipped with powerful Rosemount 3810 Series Electronics that generate a wealth of real-time predictive diagnostics to help operators rapidly identify process upsets to minimize measurement uncertainty.

Features

  • Maximize measurement integrity with factory-proven linearity within ±0.15% and less than ±0.027% meter factor uncertainty
  • Avoid measurement issues with built-in diagnostics that track LNG quality, process conditions and flow integrity
  • Expedite tanker loading and offloading at high-volume LNG transfer operations with larger line size meters
  • Minimize maintenance time, cost and the risk of LNG flashing with a full-bore body that has no moving parts
  • Reduce compression costs and increase operational efficiencies by virtually eliminating pressure drop
  • Rely on calibration via static zero flow and full dynamic testing conducted in our ISO 17025-certified facility
  • Increase I/O with new Type 4 CPU Module with up to six frequency or digital outputs
