Lakeside Process Controls Ltd., a Local Business Partner of Emerson Process Management, has once again been recognized as one of the Best Employers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The study highlights organizations with high employee engagement and was conducted by Aon Hewitt in conjunction with Queen’s University School of Business.
Companies eligible for this study are those participating in the National 2012 Best Employers studies and are headquartered in the GTA and/or have significant employee population working there.
This is the second time that Lakeside has made the Best Employers in the GTA list. Up 22 spots from their previous standing, Lakeside ranked 11th overall this year for companies with between 50 and 399 employees.
The list of Best Employers in the GTA which appeared in the November 24 edition of the Toronto Star was determined based on employee opinions, and shows that high employee engagement can be an essential factor in a company’s success.
