Rules:
1. Full Equipment Required: All players must wear full hockey equipment, including helmets with visors or cages, neck guards, gloves, elbow pads, shin guards, and appropriate footwear.
2. No Contact: This is a no-contact game. Body checking and any form of physical contact are strictly prohibited to ensure everyone's safety.
3. No Slap Shots: Slap shots are not allowed. Only wrist shots and snap shots are permitted to reduce the risk of injury.
4. Fair Play: Sportsmanship is a must. All players are expected to play fairly and respectfully. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
5. Game Duration: The game will consist of three periods, each lasting 15 minutes, with a 5-minute break between periods.
By following these rules, we ensure that the hockey game is safe, enjoyable, and fun for all participants.
