Make sure to read the job description carefully so you know exactly what the role involves and how you can bring value.
Think about some examples from your past roles where you made a difference. We love hearing about real experiences!
These questions focus on how you’ve handled situations in the past. This is where you can use the STAR Method! Describe the Situation, Task, Action, and Result to give a clear and concise example that shows off your skills and experience.
These questions are all about how you might tackle hypothetical situations on the job. It’s a chance to show your problem-solving skills and how you think on your feet!

Virtual Interview Best Practices

As most of our interviews will be conducted virtually, we encourage you to treat them with the same level of preparation and professionalism as you would an in-person interview. Here are some tips to help you make a great impression:

Dress in Smart Casual Attire: We recommend dressing in smart casual attire for the interview. For guidance on what this entails, you can check out this helpful article from Indeed here.

Test Your Setup in Advance: A well-prepared setup can help you feel confident and focused during the interview:

  • Make sure you can look straight at the camera by adjusting the height of your laptop or device accordingly.
  • Position your lighting in front of you to avoid backlighting, which can make it difficult for the interviewers to see you.
  • Test your camera and microphone to ensure they are working properly, and test the interview link provided to you in advance.

Contact Us for Support: If you encounter any technical issues before the interview, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re here to help!
